The Dallas Museum of Arts hosted a night of conversational interventions for our summer school program called “Verano al CIEN”. Teachers and students arrived at DMA at around 6:30 PM and met at the atrium. Students were introduced to the initial presentation and then they split into three smaller groups following their teachers around the galleries.
“I simply never thought I could visit a museum like this. It is simply a huge experience for me, and I would like this to happen again!” exclaimed Alfredo Rangel, a student at the uptown site of 4144 N. Central Expressway in Dallas.
“I have participated in many English programs before but honestly, I can tell you that, what SRA Ministries is doing with this summer program is truly innovative. I never thought of being able to visit a museum while at the same time taking a conversational class! I highly recommend SRA Ministries and the English Classes of “Verano al CIEN,” shared with us Javier Barrios, a student at the south Dallas location on 4600 Spring Avenue in Dallas.
SRA Ministries will begin their school year offering by the end of August 2022 with online classes and in-person classes at both locations. The offerings will be English Level 1 and 2, and possibly Spanish for professional beginners.
