SRA Ministries is Collecting Urgent Need Items for the homeless. // Colección de Artículos de Primera Necesidad

During the Summertime, SRA Ministries will be available to receive donations of Urgent Need Items for the Homeless, from individuals and groups. You may organize your own group and assign them to work together in this project. Once you have gathered the items, you may bring them to our headquarters, or we can go and pick them up.

Our volunteer team will organize items and will create Kits using Ziplock bags. SRA Ministry will go out on certain early evenings and will distribute the bags to the homeless around our cities.

Help Us Collect Urgent Need Items for the Homeless!

If you and your church group or community group would like to cooperate, here is a list of special items that we will be collecting for that purpose:

· Personal care (small deodorants, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouth washers, hair combs) / Artículos de Cuidado Personal: pequeños deodorantes, pasta de dientes, cepillos de dientes, enjuagador bucal, cepillo para el cabello, etc.

· Personal hygiene (small shampoo bottles or body wash bottles, hand towels, women hygiene supplies, small shaving creams and razor blades) / Artículos de higiene personal: pequeñas botellas de limpiador de cabello y cuerpo, jabones, toallas pequeñas, productos de higiene femenina, etc.

· Bottled water, Gatorade / Agua embotella, bebidas hidratantes, etc.

· Small packets of snacks such as cookies, dry fruits, cereal, etc. / paquetes pequeños de bocadillos: galletas, frutas cecas, cereal, etc.

· Canned food products / productos enlatados

· Rice, dry beans, powder milk, etc. / paquetes de arroz, frijoles, leche en polvo, etc.

SRA Ministries will schedule various evenings during Summer so that registered volunteers can come out with us for "An Evening Walk Around the City" event where we will visit homeless shelters around the city and distribute the Urgent Need Items.

And of course, when the times comes, we will open the invitation for registration, in case that you and your group would also like to join us for the distribution of those items.

Ministerios SRA programará varias tardes durante el verano para que sus voluntarios/as puedan salir a "Un Paseo Nocturno por la Ciudad" donde visitaremos refugios para personas sin hogar alrededor de la ciudad y distribuiremos los artículos de urgente necesidad. Y, por supuesto, cuando llegue el momento, abriremos la invitación para el registro de voluntarios, en caso de que usted y su grupo también quieran unirse a nosotros para la distribución de estos de artículos.
